Downton Abbey (ITV, 2010-2015), Laura Carmichael "Lady Edith Crawley" Gold Evening Dress and Headband from Season 6, Episode 9, "The Finale". Original (2) piece costume ensemble including (1) metallic gold lace evening dress with drop waist, ruffle skirt, taupe satin lining, and delicate beading with plastic turquoise beads and gold sequins down both sides of the bodice and the shoulders and (1) delicate beaded headband accessory with gold and clear seed beads, green and light blue rhinestones, and light pink plastic domed beads. Worn by Lady Edith Crawley (Laura Carmichael) in Season 6, Episode 9 to dinner with her family where they discuss her upcoming nuptials. Exhibits some production wear and age including minor snags to the lace. Provenance: Originally sold in a Celebrity Charity Auction for Marie Curie with Jane Horrocks. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
