Mary Poppins (Walt Disney, 1964), Dick Van Dyke "Bert" and Julie Andrews "Mary Poppins" Concept Painting by Tony Walton. Vintage original painting created by costume designer Tony Walton rendered in watercolor on art paper and measuring 16" x 21.75". Dynamic concept artwork featuring beloved characters Bert (Dick Van Dyke) and Mary Poppins (Julie Andrews) from the classic "Jolly Holiday" sequence. Walton, who was married to Andrews at the time, contributed both costume and set designs for the classic musical and his costume designs for the film earned him an Academy Award nomination. Exhibits some discoloration on edges due to previous framing and vestiges of tape and tape glue on back from matting. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
