Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Star Leo AFA 85 NM+ (Playmates, 1992). Based on the movie version of the beloved "heroes in a half shell" characters, this line introduced film-accurate designs of the turtles and their antagonists. Movie Star Leo comes with several accessories including a manhole cover. The figure is graded an AFA 85 NM+ with subgrades C85, B90, and F85 and the tag pedigree states that it is from the collection of Mark Freedman.

Mark Freedman, the president of Surge Licensing, originally pitched the idea of licensing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird for a toy line which resulted in the deal with Playmates Toys.
