The Avengers (ABC TV, 1961-1969), Patrick Macnee "John Steed" Signed Bowler Hat. Vintage original gray felt hat styled in the traditional bowler shape with a domed crown, accented with a gray ribbon trim around both the brim and dome. Inside the hat, there's a Herbert Johnson label accompanied by a message handwritten in ink by Patrick Macnee, which reads: "To Erik, Pat Macnee, 1969, Thank you." Macnee was the star of the British spy series The Avengers and was famous for playing superspy John Steed. The hat displays some wear due to production and time, including the inside lining coming off. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
