Leslie Parrish "Lt. Carolyn Palamas" Starfleet Duty Uniform from Season 2 of Star Trek: The Original Series (Paramount TV, 1966-1969). Vintage original bespoke blue paneled velour duty uniform dress with corded black scoop neck collar, flared mini skirt, with slit from left hem to waist, retaining the original gold lamé Starfleet Science insignia on the left chest, and gold laminate Lieutenant rank braids on sleeve cuffs. The rigid, standing collar is partially detachable from snaps and the bias zipper front closure. Retaining costumer's internal fabric bias label handwritten, "Leslie Parrish." Worn by Parrish in the episode "Who Mourns for Adonis?" Exhibiting expected age, production wear, very minor moth holes, with staining along bottom of skirt. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
