Robert Crumb - "He's Got His Hands Full!" Illustration Original Art (1980). Robert Crumb's meticulous linework amplifies a farmer's burden under the absurd scrutiny of zealous bureaucrats, weaving surreal humor and sharp satire into a textured portrait of authority's hollow pursuits. Drafted in ink with an image area of 11" x 8"; plexiglass front framed to 22.5" x 19.5". Signed and dated by Crumb. Exhibits light handling. Unexamined out of frame. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.

"I tend to select single image works rather than comic book pages. I do so because I am particularly finicky in selecting outstanding works of layout composition. I have gravitated to Crumb's placemat and single-image illustrations for these reasons and selected images that showcase some of his subtle 'big footed cartooning' or his misanthropic vistas."
