The Great Ziegfeld (MGM, 1936), Screen Used Title Card. Vintage original black and white airbrushed title card from The Great Ziegfeld (1936), featuring the film's title, top-billed cast, director, and MGM logo all made to appear as marquees on metal scaffolding. Pinholes punched into the illustration board on the marquee lettering gave the illusion they were individually lit with lightbulbs when seen in the opening title sequence of the film. Measures approx. 21.5" x 28", exhibiting light scuffing, edge wear, and chipping. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
