Description

Guy Williams "Zorro" Signature Black Satin Capelet and Pleated Cummerbund Sash from Zorro (ABC TC 1957-1959). "Zorro" signature black satin capelet with cord tie front closure and diamond pattern stitching on the collar and a black satin pleated cummerbund with integral sash and hook-and-eye rear closure worn by Guy Williams in his role as the masked swordsman, Zorro. This shorter style cape was used for close-up shots on horseback or other occasions to avoid the restrictive longer cape. The cummerbund has a Western Costume Co. internal label with Guy Williams' name handwritten in ink. The capelet has a long 6 1/2" horizontal repair to a tear at the left breast the sash exhibits some tiny holes, with cords starting to loosen at the ends, but it remains in Very Good to Fine condition.
