Sabrina (Paramount, 1954), Audrey Hepburn "Sabrina Fairchild" Costume Sketch for the Black Cocktail Dress with Shoulder Bows by Edith Head. Vintage original costume sketch accomplished in gouache and ink on 14" x 17" artist's paper by legendary costume designer Edith Head. The initial design by Hubert de Givenchy did not feature shoulder bows, an addition that Edith devised. Handwritten "Audrey Hepburn 'Sabrina'" and signed by Edith at the bottom right. This dress was worn by Audrey during her rendezvous with Linus Larrabee (Humphrey Bogart). Edith Head won her sixth Oscar for Best Costume Design for this film. Exhibiting age and production handling. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
