Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) Action Longsword from Game of Thrones (HBO® Original 2011-2019, Season 1). Original action longsword measuring 42" x 9", studio-crafted from high-density rubber over a wire armature. The crossguard, hilt, and pommel are painted gold, featuring a white grip and a Lannister lion's head pommel. Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) can be seen wearing this longsword at his side during his arrival at Winterfell with King Robert Baratheon (Mark Addy) and his royal entourage in Season 1, Episode 1, "Winter is Coming." Show armorer Tommy Dunne spoke about the design, saying, "We wanted the sword to reflect Jaime's status and his family's wealth and power. The intricate details on the hilt and the balance of the blade were crafted to be both functional and a symbol of his prowess." Coster-Waldau also commented on the sword, noting, "Wearing that sword, you immediately feel the weight of the character's history and responsibility. It was a crucial part of getting into Jaime's mindset." The sword exhibits production wear, scuffing, and oxidation. Comes with a COA from HBO and Heritage Auctions.
