Description

Batman Gold Tin Piston Batmobile in Original Box (Cien Ge, 1970's). A gleaming throwback to 1970s toy craftsmanship, this rare gold USA version Batmobile by Cien Ge channels the futuristic elegance of the 1955 Lincoln Futura in tinplate form. Made in Taiwan and presented with its original angled photo box, the long-body car features bold piston-themed "Batman" graphics on the sides, black pinstriping, red translucent lights and rocket exhaust, and blue lower tail lights. The rubber wheels with white tin hubs roll smoothly, and the battery compartment remains clean. Batman and Robin are depicted with painted heads atop tin upper bodies, each showing minor paint wear. The front grills are crafted from tin, while the rear bumper is chromed plastic. The green translucent canopy contrasts with the orange windshield depicted on the box. There is surface scratching on the front right side, with additional wear visible on both rear fins and the back of the canopies. The lithographed doors, hood, and dashboard remain bright and colorful. The original box, marked "CG-1228B," promotes "Bump N Go" and "Mystery Action" features and remains solid with handling wear along the edges and corners, including surface scratching and scuffing throughout. A standout piece of retro imagination, this Batmobile captures the thrill of classic superhero adventure with every detail.
