Beatles Related - John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band Test Pressing LP (WMEX, 1970). After esoteric albums Two Virgins, Life With the Lions, and Wedding Album, Lennon enjoyed commercial success with The Plastic Ono Band -- Live Peace in Toronto 1969, and even bigger success with this album in 1970. This test pressing comes in a plain white cover penciled "John Lennon with the Plastic Ono Band" on the front and "ADVANCE COPY" on the back. Somewhere along the way a WMEX (Boston radio station) label got slapped onto the disc. The inner sleeve has lyrics to all 11 cuts on the LP. First time we've offered a copy of this rarity. Condition: VG-EX 6.
