Beatles Unused 1966 Japanese Concert Ticket. An unused ticket to the Beatles' July 2, 1966 evening concert at Nippon Budokan Hall in Tokyo, the final of their five concerts played over the course three days at the venue. The band received death threats for performing at the venue, a devoted martial arts arena; this, combined just days later with a hostile send-off in the Philippines and the public outrage in the US over John Lennon's "we're more popular than Jesus now" comment, led the band to swear off touring and to focus more on studio recording. This would be the Beatles' final performance in Japan, and one of their last shows ever as a band. In Very Fine to Excellent condition.
