Sammy Davis Jr. Signed Contract. Three-page contract on Capitol Records stationery, dated July 22, 1949, initialed three times on the first two pages and signed by him on the last page in black ink. The contract engaged Davis as a performer for the purposes of making master recordings of the songs "Dreamy Blues", "What Can I Do?", "Got a Great Big Shovel", and "We're Gonna Roll". This was an Artist Copy meant for Davis' personal records, and it is in Fine to Very Fine condition with some mild wear and discoloration, mailing creases, and staple holes. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
