Description

Detroit and Other Concert Postcard Group (Russ Gibb and others, 1967-69). A mix of late 1960s concert postcards, from Detroit (Grande Ballroom), Birmingham (the Palladium), Ann Arbor and others. Acts include Clear Light, Cream, Bonzo Dog Band, Bob Seger, Grand Funk Railroad, Amboy Dukes, Savoy Brown, Arthur Brown, Frijid Pink, Paupers, Ten Years After, and the MC5. In addition, there are two festival cards, including the Detroit-Windsor Pop Festival at the Windsor (Canada) Arena, and an unnamed Pop Festival held at the Southfield High School on May 1(year unknown), featuring the Amboy Dukes. All the cards are in Excellent condition.
