Trip Shakespeare Backstage Concert Poster Paste-Up (circa late 1980s/early 1990s). Trip Shakespeare is rather a footnote in rock music history since two of their members would go onto larger fame in their next band, Semisonic. Dan Wilson and John Munson would later find tremendous success in the late 1990s with singles like "Closing Time" and "Singing in My Sleep." Wilson would later co-write many hits with acts like the Dixie Chicks, Adele, Taylor Swift, and Celine Dion. But long before those accolades, there's this document of a headlining set at the Backstage with Adrian's Childhood and the Hanks.
