Description

Elvis Presley "That's All Right"/"Blue Moon of Kentucky" Vinyl 7-Single (Sun 209). The legend started here, Elvis' very first single record. Released in 1954 on Memphis' Sun Records, both sides show a secret of the King's greatness and the variety of his influences. One side is an Arthur Crudup R&B classic, the flip side has his take on a Bill Monroe bluegrass classic. The "Blue Moon of Kentucky" has the telling push marks on its label (one is near the "Peer" writing, one in the "N" of Sun, and third is in "tuc" part of "Kentucky"). Visually, it looks like a VG-EX 6 but it plays VG 5.5. COA from Heritage Auctions.
