Marvin Gaye Commendation from the City of Los Angeles (November 18,1982). Presented to the singer in part for "his outstanding contributions to the entertainment world;" signed in black felt-tip ink in the lower right "Tom Bradley" [mayor of Los Angeles from 1973 to 1993]; measuring approx: 10 1/4" by 15 3/4". In overall Very Good Plus condition with expected yellowing, minor bending and some handling. Cool example indeed. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
