The Beatles Live Washington Coliseum February 11th, 1964 Large Photo Signed by Rowland Scherman matted and Framed Number #31 of 250. Known as the Jelly bean photo because you can see all the jelly beans on the stage thrown by fans. The Fabs were asked what was their favorite candy and when they mentioned jellybeans they were pelted with them at their live shows. Rowland Scherman was the photographer that captured this classic moment in time. Coming off of their Ed Sullivan Appearance a few days earlier, this was the fab's first full concert in America. An estimated 8000 screaming fans saw the boys play in the middle of the coliseum on a boxing ring with the ropes taken down. Measuring approx: 27" x 20 1/2". Professionally matted and framed by the Morrison Hotel Gallery Hollywood, Ca. Frame has a few minor scuffs with paper tears on the verso. In overall Near Mint Minus condition.
