Description

Cheap Trick 1977 Multi-Date Concert Poster. A Halloween-inspired black and white poster for two dates at the end of October for the great Rockford, Illinois power poppers, Cheap Trick. Note the Grammy award carved into a pumpkin.

After years of grinding it out on the touring circuit as an unsigned band, the quartet released their second album (and second of the year) In Color in 1977. It would take a live album in 1978 to really break the band worldwide, but they were growing in popularity with each album.

Playing the Mars Theatre in Lafayette on October 30 and the Indiana Theatre on Halloween, it was for Cheap Trick "with Special Guests."

Measures 17" x 27". In Very Good condition with fold marks and creasing spots. COA from Heritage Auctions.
