Patti Smith Group 1979 Ann Arbor, MI Concert Poster. Poster for a three-night stand for the punk poet and her cracking backing band, including guitarist Lenny Kaye. Smith would take an extended hiatus from touring and recording in the early 1980s so she could raise her family. These shows in Ann Arbor were the beginning of the end of Patti's first era. (She would return in full force in the 1990s.) Measures 13 ¾" x 20 ¾". In Very Good condition with a large fold mark through the center, scuffing throughout, a 1" tear on the right side, a ¼" tear in the upper left center portion, and creasing. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
