Blade Runner (First Graded VHS by CGC Home Video) VHS 1983 - CGC Home Video Box 9.0 and Seal A++, Slipcase, LRT Seal, Embassy Pre-Watermark, Embassy Home Entertainment. Never before has a copy of the original first release of Ridley Scott's Blade Runner been brought to market, so we are honored and excited to bring you this original 1983 Embassy Home Entertainment pre-watermark copy of Ridley Scott's seminal sci-fi classic! Currently this is the only known factory-sealed copy of the first release of Blade Runner. Housed in what collector's refer to as an "Embassy fade" or "Embassy gradient" slipcase, John Alvin's iconic poster art is framed by white at the top and transitions to black at the bottom. Not only is this copy as rare as they come, it's also marked as the very first VHS tape graded by CGC Home Video! This pre-watermark Embassy Home Entertainment copy has received an overall grade of 9.0 by CGC with an A++ Seal. Hard to believe this tape came off a production line 40 years ago!
