Barbara Stanwyck vintage doll by Ron Kron. (1986) Barbara Stanwyck 24 in. one-of-a-kind papier-mâché doll. Constructed of fully jointed body with handmade wig, glass inset eyes and applied eyelashes. Dressed in a glamorous handmade beaded maroon gown and matching shoe. Marked on back, "Kron-86," Made in 1986 and depicts Barbara Stanwyck at the Academy Awards ceremony in 1981 when she received an honorary Oscar wearing this very gown. One heel of a shoe is missing. A terrific likeness with a characteristic expression. Overall in vintage, good condition.
