AC/DC, Whitesnake 1980 Essen, Germany Concert Poster. A large and bold concert poster for an AC/DC show (with a young Whitesnake) at the indoor arena Grugahalle in Essen, Germany as the band toured behind their blockbuster album, Back in Black.

Now with lead vocalist Brian Johnson, the band was getting over the tragic loss of frontman Bon Scott, and kicking it into high gear with Johnson taking his place. At the time of the show, the venue could hold 8,000 paying customers. This was the place that the Beatles, Grateful Dead and Led Zeppelin all played, and it's still in operation.
