This is a single page document on notebook paper with song titles and scribbles for an unidentified date on the Born in the USA tour circa the mid-1980s. All in the hand of Bruce. Written with a green ink pen (with mark-outs in blue felt tip). Has tearing along the edges, creasing, folds, scuffing, and crumples, giving it an overall grade of Fair. Measures 5 ¾" x 9 ½".
