DC Comics Super Powers Collection The Penguin Figure (Kenner, 1984). DC's success in the comic industry lead to a partnership with Kenner in the 80's to create a line of toys for some of their most popular characters. The Super Powers toy line contained figures of iconic heroes and villains from the comics including the classy criminal mastermind, The Penguin! Equipped with his signature umbrella, this figure comes new in its original packaging. Packaging has some handling wear with some tanning and foxing on back of card. Overall in very good condition.
