Richard Chamberlain "Lord Byron" sassy carpet coat from Lady Caroline Lamb. (MGM 1972) Vintage carpetbag coat of plum with gold bullion embellished thread applique fringe at shoulders, tassels at chest, ornate brass ball button front closure and cuffs with copper piping overall lined in tangerine satin. Retaining the L. & H. label handwritten, "Richard Chamberlain". Exhibiting some wear and age in vintage very good condition.Heritage Auctions provides as much information as possible but strongly encourages in-person inspection.
