Description
Peter Cushing "Sheriff of Nottingham" tunic from Sword of Sherwood Forest. (Columbia, 1960) Vintage original gray silk Celtic pattern fabric, collarless floor-length long sleeved period tunic with elaborate fleur-de-lis felt and floral motif embroidered embellishment over rust grosgrain ribbon stripes. With slit side and front skirts, and fleur-de-lis embellished vented streamers at hem, velcro shoulders that open for easy slipover access. Retaining the studio white inkstamp, "24". Exhibiting fraying to edges and overall wear. In vintage production used good condition.Heritage Auctions provides as much information as possible but strongly encourages in-person inspection.
