Battle Droid Display from Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (TCF, 1999). Original battle-damaged Battle Droid from Episode I. Constructed of vacuum formed plastic, metal and polystyrene tech elements used for the joints and exposed componentry expertly detailed in tan, brown, black and silver paint. Battle-damaged droids like this were strewn about the sets as the Jedi and Naboo forces fought the Trade Federation's droid army. The droid is mounted on a custom-made display base artfully configured to make the droid appear frozen in a dynamic pose after suffering a Jedi attack. Exhibits production wear and age including separations in seams and cracking to vacuum formed plastic parts with glue remnants. Measures 70" x 24" x 24" mounted on 15.5" x 19.5" 2.25" base. Accompanied by a Prop Store COA. Due to the multiple components and size of this lot, special shipping arrangements will apply. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
