Ewoks: The Battle for Endor Unused Poster Illustrations Original Art Group of 2 by Alice Carter (Lucasfilm, 1985). This collection features two unused poster concepts for a Star Wars TV movie centered around the lovable Ewoks, first introduced in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi. These original designs, created as potential promotional artwork, are rendered in graphite on vellum and taped to illustration board, with image areas measuring 14 inches by 20 inches. The pieces exhibit slight toning, onion skin overlays taped at the top, and light handling wear. Each artwork includes studio labels and is signed by Alice "Bunny" Carter on the back. Despite minor signs of age, both concepts remain in excellent condition, offering a rare glimpse into the creative process behind Star Wars promotional art.

More Information: Alice A. (Bunny) Carter is an award-winning artist, author and academic. Her illustration clients have included Lucasfilm Ltd., Rolling Stone magazine, The New York Times, and ABC Television. Her work has been exhibited nationally at galleries and museums such as the New York Society of Illustrators Museum of American Illustration, The Norman Rockwell Museum, the Art Institute of Houston, the Delaware Museum of Art, and the New Britain Museum.
