Batman Spin Dart Target Game with Original Box A (Mettoy, 1966) UK Market Exclusive. This large Batman game by Mettoy Playthings was produced for the UK market in 1966 and comes with the original box. It consists of a large round tin plate target that spins and has a black pistol that shoots suction cup darts. The gun is black with a blue grip and a black Bat symbol on a round blue background, and has some ornate scrolling on the sides. The projectiles are all black with a rubber tip. The target assigns points based on which character is hit with the heroes giving the player negative points. The target wheel has artwork of Batman, Robin, The Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Catwoman, The Riddler, The Blockbuster and Poison Ivy as well as a Batman symbol in the center. The box has artwork of Batman and Robin's heads in front of an image of the target with a large batman logo across the front. Measuring 16" by 16" by 2" the box is very hard to find in any condition with the game. The game box is worn with creases and crushing on the ends. It has some small rips at the flaps but has vivid coloring. The game wheel is missing the metal stand connector on back as well as the 3 dowel legs. The wheel's tin face is in good condition with a few scratches and a small dent on the edge between Robin and the Penguin. The gun is in good condition but has not been tested. It has the original insert which holds the 4 darts which are included.
