The Plainsman (Paramount, 1936), Annotated Shooting Script. Vintage shooting script of the classic western measuring 8.5" x 11.25" and dated July 14, 1936. Marked "2nd Unit" on the cover, this one-of-a-kind production-used copy contains the first 31 pages of the script annotated in pencil with detailed production notes. There are an additional 31 pages of "Beecher's island" location notes and several inter-office communications regarding the production attached to corresponding pages. Script comes in original storage envelope marked "Mr. DeMille's Shooting Script" and containing production information on the film. Documents exhibit production wear including tearing and toning. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
