Founded in 2007 and located in Bromyard, the UK museum was one of Herefordshire's hidden gems and represents the Glazzard family's decades-long dedication to preserving and promoting the history of Science Fiction.

A centerpiece of the collection is its peerless Doctor Who archive – over 85% of the museum's holdings - including production-used props and costumes from both the Classic and New eras of the long-running TV show. Before settling in Bromyard, many of these artifacts toured the UK with important Doctor Who exhibitions in Blackpool, Longleat, Llangollen, and Cardiff.
