While the movie was not initially a hit upon its 2007 release, it has since become a perennial Halloween favorite, particularly its main character "Sam," who has become something of an adorable mascot for the holiday. Binder exhibits evidence of light adhesive residue on the front cover, interior paper exhibits handling, and photos have faded over time. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
