True Romance (Morgan Creek, 1993), Tony Scott Cast Signed Storyboards. Original (3) pages of storyboards for this cult favorite, accomplished in black ink on clear plastic sheet protectors with colored paper inserted. Each of the pages features hand-drawn scene outlines with notes. The first page is signed twice by director Tony Scott and once by Gary Oldman, the second is signed by Christian Slater, Patricia Arquette and twice by Scott, and the third is signed by Arquette and twice by Scott. Includes stiff plastic cover with "Tonys organization" written in orange ink, bradded to the storyboard pages. True Romance ranks as one of the truly great and surprising genre films of the 90s; written by Quentin Tarantino-who was trying to raise money and cred to get his own dream project going (Reservoir Dogs)-it features phenomenal performances by all cast members, most notably Oldman, who states this is his co-favorite film role, and Brad Pitt, who improvised most of his stoner lines brilliantly. All exhibiting handling with some minor ink smearing. Acquired from Unit Production Manager, Steve Perry. Comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA.
