John Waters "Pete Peters" Melted Face Appliance from Seed of Chucky (Focus Features, 2004). Original foam latex burn victim facial appliance worn by legendary film director John Waters. Expertly painted in flesh tone with varying degrees of blood red, and hair punched into back sections. Retains internal SFX "blood" tube. Waters plays a paparazzi photographer for a fictional tabloid called Celebrities Revealed. The appliance is pinned to a back 11.5" x 6" x 8" form. Exhibits age, minor petrification to the latex edges and production wear. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
