Description

The Fifth Element (Gaumont, 1997), Zorg Stunt ZF-1 Pod Weapon. Original static Zorg ZF-1 pod weapon constructed of hollow cast plastic and expertly studio painted to resemble the actuating hero prop counterparts. Measures 26" x 6" x 8" and features an insectoid-like paneled egg design with a brown camouflage motif. This multipurpose weapon is featured throughout the film as the brainchild of eccentric arms dealer, Jean-Baptiste Emmanuel Zorg (Gary Oldman), and includes outlandish features such as a "Replay Button," "Ice Cube System," and "Net Launcher." Exhibits production and display wear with paint chipping, two drill holes on the front and underside, and cracking to the plastic around the underside drill hole. Obtained from Gaumont Film Company. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
