Description
Knight Rider (NBC TV, 1982-1986), KITT Pontiac Trans-Am "KNIGHT" License Plate. Original hard plastic "California / KNIGHT" license plate, as seen on the KITT 2000 Pontiac Trans Am from Knight Rider, featuring a green "CA 84" sticker and serial number G1445667. The plate is secured with 2- metal screws to a laser-cut mount engraved with the show's title and affixed with two stills of KITT, all housed in a custom wood case with an acrylic cover for display. Due to age and exposure, the plate's original blue finish has faded to dark green, though the goldenrod "KNIGHT" lettering remains largely intact with minor cracking. The bottom screw holes exhibit light oxidation and rust staining. Plate measures 12" x 6", and the display case measures 18.75" x 17.5" x 3.5". Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.Auction Info
