Beatles: John Lennon Signed Check (1972). Dated January 4, 1972, this check is signed "John Lennon" in black ink and paid to the high-profile accounting firm, Arthur Young McClelland Moore & Company, on behalf of Lennon Productions. It's made out for 420 pounds and zero pence, and includes bank markings, like a stamp over the top of Lennon's signature reading "Paid - 4 FEB 1972/94/3," and sports a thick black signature, but the check is extremely faded due to matting. The check should be two shades of pink, one of which is still visible at the outer edge, but has faded to a shade of cream/off white. Measures approximately 4" x 8".
