Disguised in a trench coat and fedora but still packing bright yellow accessories and a bonus collector card, Undercover Raphael embodied the late-series Playmates flair that kept Turtle-mania alive in the mid-'90s. Encased at an impressive AFA 85 NM+ with subgrades of C80 B85 F85, this piece has only ever been eclipsed by a single 85+. Short production runs have made the Series 7/97-Back undercover variants some of the toughest modern-era TMNT figures to secure; landing a top-population example like this adds genuine stealth-level rarity to any sewer lair display before the hot-headed hero slips back into the shadows.
