Elephant Walk (Paramount, 1954), Elizabeth Taylor "Ruth Wiley" Costume Sketch for Pale Blue Bedroom Scene Dress by Edith Head. Vintage original costume sketch accomplished in gouache, graphite and ink on 14" x 16.5" artist's paper by legendary costume designer Edith Head. Beautiful full-length sketch featuring Ruth Wiley (Elizabeth Taylor) in a blue satin gown with an interesting "folded" neckline. The outfit is worn by Taylor when she visits her injured husband John Wiley (Peter Finch) in his bedroom. Written at the top right corner "Elizabeth Taylor in Elephant Walk" and Head's signature is at the bottom right corner. Exhibiting age and production handling. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
