Batman and Robin Captain Action Figures (Ideal, 1967). Holy vintage throwback, Batman! This Dynamic Duo lot showcases the classic charm of Batman and Robin from Ideal's 1967 Captain Action line, where each costume and accessory set was originally sold separately to transform Captain Action and Action Boy into the legendary heroes. Batman is outfitted in his iconic gray and blue suit, complete with his molded cowl and flowing cape, and includes a blue utility belt, chest emblem sticker, Batarang, Bat-rope with grappling hook, and a vintage flicker ring. Robin the Boy Wonder sports his signature red tunic, green trunks, gloves, and boots, and comes equipped with his yellow cape, Robin "R" emblem sticker, utility belt, grappling rope, boomerang, climbing grips, and Batarang launcher. Each vintage figure displays handling wear including surface scratching and scuffing, with visible scuffing on Robin's legs, paint loss at the tip of Batman's nose, and additional aging and wear on the duo's capes and gloves. A vibrant tribute to 1960s superhero play, this pairing captures the spirit of Gotham's golden era in action figure form.
