Description

Batmobile "Bat - 1 / Gotham City" License Plate from Batman (TCF TV, 1966-1968). Vintage original license plate prop constructed of cut masonite board painted slate gray on its face and hand lettered and bordered in sea foam green, "Bat-1 / Gotham City." The verso remains raw board and there are 4-holes drilled at the top and bottom borders of the plate for affixing to a vehicle. The plate measures 14" x 5" and exhibits age, production wear and minor rubbing to the painted surface with remnants of adhesive in drill holes. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
