Description

Golden Horseshoe Revue Disneyland Attraction Poster (Walt Disney Productions, 1955). Vintage original hand-pulled silkscreened poster measuring 36" x 54" and designed by renowned Disney artist Bjorn Aronson. Premiering with the grand opening of California's Disneyland on July 17th, 1955, Golden Horseshoe Revue greeted guests of Frontierland with a joyful and musical live performance that would go on to become the park's longest running show until its closing on October 12th, 1986. The poster prominently displays the original sponsor of the show, Pepsi-Cola's iconic red, white, and blue branding on a solid gold background and features three illustrated dancers from the show's famous Can-Can dance number. This attraction is one of only a few that had their own poster at the time of Disneyland's grand opening. Displays edge and corner wear, creases, a few minor scuffs, and subtle tearing along the border. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
