The Beatles 1965 Shea Stadium Blue Ticket With Related Slip, News Clipping, and Special Offer Order Form for Picture Book. Four pieces tied to the first time the Fabs performed at Shea Stadium in 1965 on August 15. Includes: 1) An unused blue ticket for section 23, row N, and seat 24. Measures 6 ¼" x 1 ½". Has tape on both ends. In Very Good Plus condition with the aforementioned tape; 2) A folded, torn-out article from an unknown publication about the Beatles' performance, written by Walter Kaner. Has handwriting on the article. Heavily toned with fold marks. In Very Good condition; 3) A white piece of paper "Beatle Information" about the price of tickets for the show. Slip measures 8 ½" x 2 ¾". Has fold marks and a spot of soiling. In Very Good condition; 4) An order form for an "Autographed Beatles Picture Book" which doubled as the official program for the show at Shea. The verso has a message from Sid Bernstein. Measures 6 ½" x 9 ½". In Very Good condition with fold marks, tape, and toning. COA from Heritage Auctions.
