Jane Withers "Josephine the Plumber" Red and White Checked Blouse from Comet Cleanser Commercial. Beloved child actor of the 1930s and early 1940s gained new popularity as her character "Josephine the Plumber" in a long-running series of commercials for Comet cleaners that ran from the mid-1960s to mid-1970s. This is a red and white checked long-sleeve blouse worn by Withers in one of her circa late-1960s commercials. In Very good to Fine screen-used, vintage condition overall. Acquired from Jane Withers.
