Dracula (Fulton Theater, October 5, 1927-May 28, 1928) Bela Lugosi 14" x 11" Original Custom Photograph by Florence Vandamm. Vintage gelatin silver matte double-weight 14" x 11" custom photograph of Bela Lugosi in stage tuxedo in Dracula by Florence Vandamm, with DON MARLOWE / AGENCY (press agent of Lugosi) red wet stamp and "Lugosi private" handwritten in graphite by Lillian Arch (m. Bela Lugosi 1933; div, 1953) on the verso. This was the formal costume that was the prototype for all future incarnations of the character. Original to the collection of and printed for Bela Lugosi. Very Fine/Excellent, with stress at the lower right and upper left corner tips. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions. From the Collection of Steve Sustayta.
