1963 Topps Monster Flip Movies - Empty Box & Near-Complete Intact Flip Book Pairs .
One of the more obscure Topps issues of the 1960s is the Monster Flip Book series from 1963. The set includes 36 different flip books, each featuring classic movie monsters which were a popular rage of the era. The flip books were originally issued as attached pairs. Offered in this lot is an empty box from this set, as well as a near-complete set of intact flip book pairs! Flip books 17 and 18 are not included, making this a near-complete set of 34/36. Also included is a duplicate intact pair of books 23 and 24. They all have wear, with conditions averaging Very Good to Near Mint-Mint with some that fall below that range. The empty box has wear to the edges and corners. It has creasing on multiple sides. The condition is Good.
