Description

A Marlon Brando Native American Decorative Canteen, Circa 1970s. In a rustic style, made of earthenware, featuring a red and white glazed "MB" in the center, rope tied to handle; created especially for the actor by a Native American sculptor and then presented to Brando by an Elder when the actor visited the reservation in Window Rock, Arizona, the capital of the Navajo Nation. (Please note this piece is somewhat heavy and though sturdy, needs to be handled carefully.)

Included with a "Letter of Authenticity" signed by Alice Marchak, Marlon Brando's longtime personal assistant.
