Description

The B-52's, the Judy's 1982 Houston, TX Concert Poster. A poster for a "benefit for the National Audubon Society" featuring the B-52's as the headliner and local favorite the Judy's as the opening act. Playing the Houston Music Hall as the Athens-based act was on tour behind a David Byrne-produced EP (not an LP, despite its listing as such on the poster) Mesopotamia, the group was moving from being known as the "Rock Lobster" band.

The Judy's were from the nearby town of Pearland, and made plenty of fans throughout the state of Texas and had their Washarama LP out.

Measures 11" x 17". In Very Good Plus condition with light spots of smudges and soiling on the front and verso, along with creasing and handling wear. COA from Heritage Auctions.
